Acceptable Use Policy

Effective 23 June 2026. This policy is part of our Terms of Service.

1. Consent is mandatory

You may only register or clone a voice if you hold valid, verifiable consent from the person whose voice it is, authorizing AI voice cloning and your intended use. You must be able to produce that consent on request. Cloning or using a voice without such consent is strictly prohibited.

2. Prohibited uses

You must not use the Service to:

• clone or imitate any person’s voice without their documented consent;
• clone the voice of a public figure, celebrity, or any third party you do not represent;
• create content involving minors, or any content that sexualizes or depicts minors — zero tolerance;
• impersonate a person to commit fraud, scam, deceive for financial gain, or evade law enforcement;
• produce unlawful content, threats, harassment, or content that violates another’s rights;
• attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent the Service’s content filtering or usage limits;
• violate the terms of any platform where you deploy generated audio, or the terms of our AI provider.

3. Platform compliance

You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated audio complies with the rules of any platform on which you publish or send it, and with all applicable laws — including any disclosure obligations regarding AI-generated media.

4. Enforcement

We may remove voices or content, suspend or terminate accounts, and, where appropriate, report violations to our AI provider or to the relevant authorities. We may act on credible reports that a voice was used without consent.
