Privacy Policy
Effective 23 June 2026.
This policy explains what VoiceProxy (“we”, “us”) collects and how we handle it.
1. What we collect
- Account data: your email address and authentication details.
- Agency data: your agency name, plan, and usage records (character counts, timestamps, which voice was used). We do not store the text you submit or the audio produced.
- Voice samples: audio you upload to create a clone.
- Consent records: the attestation and any signer name / document link you enter for each voice.
2. Audio output
Generated audio is streamed to your browser and is not stored on our servers. Session history in your dashboard holds metadata only.
3. Sub-processors
We share data with the providers needed to run the Service:
- ElevenLabs — receives the text and voice samples to generate audio and to create voice clones.
- Supabase — authentication and database (account, agency, usage, consent metadata).
- Vercel — application hosting.
Each provider processes data under its own terms and privacy policy.
4. Voices of third parties
Voice samples represent real individuals. As the agency uploading them, you are responsible for those individuals’ rights and for holding their consent (see our Acceptable Use Policy). For such individuals’ personal data, you act as the controller and we act as a processor on your behalf.
5. Retention
We retain account, agency, and consent metadata for as long as your account is active. On account deletion we remove this data within a reasonable period, subject to legal retention requirements. You can ask us to delete a registered voice at any time.
6. Your rights
Depending on your location (e.g. under the GDPR), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your data, or to object to processing. Contact us to exercise them.
